Location: Windsor, Connecticut. This is an in person role, not remote, not hybrid

Schedule: 2 week rotating: Mon-Th-Fri/Tues-Wed-Sat-Sun: 6pm to 6am

SUMMARY

Overall responsibility for all aspects of assigned department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Achieve production standards with expected quality on a daily basis. Monitor all aspects of production utilizing all tools, such as, interval measurement, cum, and standard cycle speeds throughout the shift. Make continual observations and recommendations to increase production. Immediately communicate all significant delays in production to the shift manager. Take actions to alleviate such delays.
