Overview

As Production Support Administrator at Enza Zaden , you will support the Asia Production Manager by coordinating production with SEA planning and managing stock in SEA.

Responsibilities

• Process crop and quality report data accurately and timely, identify deviations and take corrective actions, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Perform administrative tasks for production order data input, documentation, approvals; signal deviations and correct them quickly.
• Update receiving dates in the system, monitor the delivery plan, contact suppliers and planners as needed, and update quantities in the ERP system (ABS).
• Execute all other administrative processes within the Production Support scope (grow‑out, shipment preparation, document printing, scanning leaf samples, etc.), ensuring tasks are completed on time and accurately.
