**What you’ll do?**
- Act as the primary onsite point of contact for customer issues and escalations.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Use database management tools for maintenance and performance tuning.
- Handle Linux-based services and perform troubleshooting using shell scripting.
- Manage and troubleshoot Samba shares for file sharing across networks.
- Support data operations and queries across AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Utilize deployment and monitoring tools for issue tracking and resolution.
- Interact with offshore teams and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
- Work on Informatica support or coordinate with the Informatica team as needed.
