Champion Windows - Production Support Specialist

As a Production Support Specialist, you will work with reviewing sales contracts, field work orders, field measure sheets, field labor bills, and be responsible for accurately parring and ordering jobs.

Responsibilities

· Contract Accuracy and Order Processing

o Accurately review and par sales contracts using measurement forms

o Enter all new, service and/or warranty installation orders into the Champion ordering system

o Verify the accuracy of information from contracts and measurement technicians before submitting orders for production

· Document Management

o Upload all relevant documents to the customer in Champion’s database

o Ensure all documentation is complete and accessible
