Responsibilities
- Resolve production incidents promptly and coordinate fixes with vendors and development teams to minimize system downtime
- Monitor system performance continuously and troubleshoot proactively to prevent disruptions
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), software releases, and production rollouts to ensure seamless deployment
- Liaise effectively with front-to-back business users to deliver timely incident resolutions and maintain service quality
- Operate within shift-based schedules (7am-4pm / 9am-6pm) and provide on-call support to maintain 24/7 system availability
