US Farathane is seeking an experienced Team Leader. This position acts as a company representative in overseeing the work activities of hourly associates in assigned work area. US Farathane has been a leading source of plastics manufacturing, supplying the automotive industry for over 40 years. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a conduit for company, plant and departmental communications to employees in assigned area.

Oversee / lead manufacturing personnel in area assigned.

Ensure compliance to required schedule in assigned area.
