Position Overview

            Job Description

Follow daily, weekly, monthly objectives and communicate them to direct employees.
Manage and Control of daily production based on the defined targets (OEE, Productivity, IDC, Delivery, and OT).
Co-operate with cross-functional team to full-fill the production volume and achieve SQCD target.
Support troubleshooting analyzing root causes of failures and solving them, if necessary, suggestion of improvements.
Review and Proof Production data record (M/C check sheet, 5S, Tool life, 4M, Parameter and so on).
Lead people to follow the standards to fulfill BPS requirement on the shop floor (Point CIP, SMC, LPC, 14Q Basics, 4M, QAM, FMEA-Linewalk).
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance and calibrations.
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures/ Maintain skill matrix and coordinate proper trainings.
