Location: Stockport
Shifts: 1x Double Days & 1x Fixed Nights
Shift: 05:45 – 14:00 (Mon-Thu), 05:45 – 12:45 (Fri)
Late Shift: 13:30 – 21:45 (Mon-Thu), 11:45 – 18:45 (Fri)
Nights: 20:30 – 06:30 (Mon-Thu)
Salary: 15% Shift Allowance Double Days & 30% Night Shift Premium
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business in Stockport.
This is a people-first leadership role where you will be responsible for creating a positive, high-performing and engaged team environment. Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll lead, coach and develop your team while ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets are achieved.
