Adecco is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician for a manufacturing client in Essex Junction, VT. This hands-on role involves assembling cable and wire harness products used in medical, aerospace, and automotive applications.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and sub-assemblies according to specifications and work instructions.
+ Cut, strip, crimp, and prepare wires and cables for assembly.
+ Perform soldering, connector assembly, labeling, and heat-shrink application.
+ Conduct quality inspections and electrical testing on finished products.
+ Identify and report defects, material shortages, or production concerns.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
+ Support production goals and assist with additional tasks as needed.
