Job Responsibilities - Set up and troubleshoot injection moulding processes and molds
- Perform machine and process maintenance during production runs
- Ensure process parameters comply with molding specifications
- Support production targets for output, quality, and efficiency
- Monitor material usage and scrap control
- Follow GMP, SOP, and cleanroom requirements
- Support process improvement and non-conformance prevention activities
- Participate in validation activities (IQ / OQ / PQ)
- Ensure proper communication during shift handovers
Requirements - NTC-2 / Diploma in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
