Job Purpose

The Production Engineer role will report to the Engineering Manager at the Teledyne Energetics site in Lincoln.

The Production Engineer will provide hands‑on engineering support to manufacturing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality production. The role supports the company’s Business Operating System (BOS), daily management routines and quality standards, while resolving production issues and driving continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be required to work a shift pattern, including afternoons/evenings (a shift premium will be paid where applicable).
