**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
This role supports a plastic manufacturing operation by preparing, inspecting, and packaging parts and products to meet production goals and quality standards. You will work on a rotating schedule in a general production environment, assisting with loading and unloading materials, preparing items for cutting and finishing, and ensuring products are ready for shipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load and unload parts and products onto pallets in a safe and organized manner.
+ Prepare parts and products for cutting according to specified measurements.
+ Use a tape measure or other measuring tools to verify dimensions before cutting or processing.
+ Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
