**Job Title: Production Worker – Wall, Floor, and Roof Truss Assembly**

**Job Description**

This role involves operating a variety of equipment and hand tools to assemble wall panels, floor panels, and roof trusses for the home construction industry. You will work from plans and blueprints, follow laser-guided layouts, and contribute to a fast-paced production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are highly valued.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble floors, roof trusses, and walls for residential construction according to specifications.
+ Work with pre-kitted wood that is supplied to truss and floor tables, using laser-guided layouts to position materials correctly.
+ Apply nail plates and use hammers, nail guns, and other hand and power tools to set wood and complete assemblies.
