**Position Overview:**

As a Production Technician, youre a member of a production crew, reporting to a supervisor of an assigned production area. You will contribute to the success of Ball by observing operating principles of all assigned equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility.The Findlay plant schedule is12 hour days; 4 days on/4 days off ; 6:30 AM/PM.-6:30PM/AM - rotate days to nights every 4 weeks.
