Our client, a global education company is hiring for an experieced Professional Learning Manager to be based in Ghana as part of their regional expansion. The Professional Learning Manager will serve as the academic and pedagogical leader of the organization.

The Professional Learning Manager leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s professional learning frameworks and instructional models. This role works closely with the Partnerships Manager and Partner Success Manager to ensure that all partnerships and deployments are grounded in strong pedagogy and effective teacher development.

This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a critical role in shaping the academic vision, credibility, and long-term program quality of the organisation.
