Responsibilities

Lead smart manufacturing projects and deployments, with a progressive evolution toward a team leadership role, including building and managing a group of subject matter experts.

Support the development and deployment of the Smart Factory (Industry 4.0) roadmap, aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Planning, H&S, IT, Engineering) to integrate artificial intelligence, IoT, automation, and data platforms.

Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in smart manufacturing.
