Collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS services such as Athena, Glue, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB NoSQL, Relational Database Service (RDS), Amazon EMR and Amazon Redshift. Craft generalized scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud systems that can serve as templates for customer needs. Assist customers solve high-risk issues with their AWS cloud-based computing systems. Assist customers migrate on-site computing systems to the AWS cloud platform. Work with customers, account managers, business development, engineering, and product teams to identify areas of improvement for the AWS cloud platform.
