The Professional Services Integrations and Customizations (PSIC) Software Engineer is part of a global team and is responsible for creating customized solutions that integrate 8x8’s award‑winning hosted UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, and AI/ML solutions with our customers’ applications, such as CRMs, WFM tools, or other 3rd party applications. Your solutions development experience, call center and telecom industry knowledge, understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies for chat and voice, and strong customer presence will help 8x8 deliver world‑class custom solutions.
