Professional, Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager – PDS Projects (Singapore) This full‑time on‑site position is part of JLL’s Project & Development Services team in Singapore.
Responsibilities - Support the project team from initiation through design, construction and completion of diverse fit‑outs and refurbishments for tenants and landlords in commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality and education sectors.
- Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, managing schedules, budgets and vendor relationships to avoid downtime.
- Prepare project specifications, timelines, tender or bid documents, and procurement plans.
- Produce weekly project reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Deliver projects within established budgets and timelines.
