Global Trade Specialist – Customer Service

Overview

The Customer Service Global Trade (GT) Group ensures that all international trade laws are met across the Customer Service organization, embedding compliance into business processes and preventing violations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliance/business projects with GT professionals across Canada, the U.S., and internationally.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of GT processes and standard work.
• Coordinate the implementation of RTX (Raytheon Technologies Corporation) and P&WC GT requirements into Customer Service business processes.
• Train Customer Service personnel on GT requirements and policy/regulatory changes.
