At HPS Maidenhead, the Profit Centre Manager is responsible for how the business performs. You’ll run the site as your own operation, with full control over sales, stock, pricing, people, and overall performance.

This is a hands‑on role within a busy plumbing and heating merchant. You’ll be leading the team, working with trade customers, managing operations, and making the decisions that drive revenue and margin.
