Position Summary

The College of Arts & Science (CAS) is seeking a dedicated Program Administrator, Intercultural Engagement & Mentorship to join the team. This individual is responsible for supporting the Academic Achievement Program (AAP), Proud to Be First (P2B1), and mentorship programming across the College of Arts & Science (CAS) and greater New York University community. While mentorship is a core component of both AAP and P2B1, the Program Administrator also plays a key role in supporting and advancing mentorship initiatives more broadly across CAS, including peer-to-peer, alumni, and faculty mentoring efforts. The role also includes planning events and coordinating extra-curricular opportunities that support first-generation students and students from all backgrounds across CAS.
