CLASSIFICATION PURPOSE The purpose of the Program Administrator is to perform direct and indirect supervisory functions and organize and directs the development, planning, implementation, and monitoring of various client service programs.

JOB DUTIES Supervises and assigns work to division supervisors.

Organizes and directs the development, planning and implementation of the various services within the division’s programs, complying with State, Federal and Local laws and regulations. [30%] Implements procedures for carrying out rules, assists in policy development for programs.

Reviews cases and ensures compliance with State, Federal and Local law.

Oversees the negotiation of and reviews the financial contracts/memorandum of understanding.

Conducts monthly staff meetings with Supervisors.
