**Position Objective:** The Program Analyst will provide support services to satisfy the overall objectives of the Fogarty International Center (FIC) within the National Institutes of Health.

The services to be performed, outlined below, support scientific planning, decision-making, and execution by the FIC Division of International Training and Research as well as mandatory Congressional reporting through the FIC Office of the Director.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Collaborate with and support program officers on existing projects and/or the development, initiation and execution of new project initiatives.
+ Compile and assess program activities to identify challenges and develop recommendations for improvement.
+ Assist in conducting literature searches and provide summaries of findings as part of preliminary planning for new research activities and directions.
