Position Overview
Summary The position is located in the Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT), Office of Programs (CT/P). CT/P is responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing foreign assistance programs to develop law enforcement capacity to counter terrorism across the globe. Responsibilities Responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the Bureau of Counterterrorism's (CT) counterterrorism capacity for building programs and countering violent extremism programs. Performs a wide range of program management, policy coordination, advisory, problem solving, and oversight duties for CT programs. Serves as Grants/Contracts/Agreements Officer Representative and Government Agreement Monitor to ensure federal government oversight of active foreign assistance programs. Serves in a liaison capacity with other Bureaus and agencies on specific issues related to CT portfolios and programs.
