Summary About the Position: Incumbent serves as a Program Analyst, Special Programs Directorate, Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army. Serves as an expert authority on assigned program(s) for Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Army Commands (ACOMs), Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs) and Direct Reporting Units (DRUs). Responsibilities Act as an expert consultant to HQDA, Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands and Direct Reporting Units on integrating transformational changes with program(s)requirements.
