Position: Program Analyst (Journeyman) – NAVAIR FMS

Overview: ITC Defense is seeking a Program Analyst (Journeyman) to support Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs in Lexington Park, Maryland. In this role, you will provide programmatic, financial, logistics, and analytical support to International Program Managers (IPMs) and Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APMLs) responsible for delivering critical defense capabilities to U.S. allies and partner nations.
Working as part of an integrated program team, you will assist with program planning, schedule and financial management, executive reporting, risk tracking, and coordination among Government, contractor, and international stakeholders.
