Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Total Force Optimization Branch of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND. Responsibilities You will develop and defend forecasted manpower requirements which form the basis for Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and budget issues. You will review and validate or challenge manpower models and Business Case Analyses (BCA) conducted by lower echelon NAVEDTRACOM activities. You will develop and review military manpower studies and surveys covering new organizations, Commercial Activities (CA) inventory coding, outsourcing, strategic sourcing, and military billet issues. You will develop and review Mission, Functions, and Task (MFT) statements for Echelon III activities across the NETC domain.
