Summary This position is assigned to the Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Fiscal Oversight Program (N001) of Commander Navy Installation Command, (CNIC). Incumbent serves as a Headquarters (HQ) Program Analyst (Fiscal Oversight) providing internal review of world-wide Navy Non-appropriated Fund Instrumentalities (NAFIs).
