Summary About the Position: Serves as a Senior Program Analyst with some Administrative Officer duties in support of the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command Transportation Engineering Agency (SDDCTEA) and the Joint Distribution Process Analysis Center (JDPAC). Responsible for interpreting, implementing, and managing contract and procurement activities. Responsibilities Approve Agency office supply purchases, ensuring accuracy of monthly billing statements. Prepare, coordinate and maintains oversight of annual Agency budget, ensuring Agency has adequate resources to support its mission. Reviews and analyzes cost accumulations, budget estimates, monthly costs, and obligation reports for identified programs.
