Summary The Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Service (ASPS) in the VA Northern California Health Care System (V ANCHCS) is a standalone specialty service clinic with direct reporting requirements to the office of the Chief of Staff. ASPS is a unified service comprised of two distinct professional disciplines - audiology and speech-language pathology. Responsibilities Major Duties: As Practice Manager, the primary focus of the Program Analyst is to collect and evaluate data quantifying and qualifying clinic status and provider activity, synthesize those data, and present them to ASPS leadership. ASPS data include but are not limited to provider information such as provider and clinic appointment schedules, provider productivity levels, and leave status; patient data such as open encounters and wait times; service physical space and equipment utilization, including audio testing booths, clinical treatment rooms, and use of specialized equipment; audiology and speech-language patho...
