Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Auxiliaries and Special Mission Shipbuilding Program Office (PMS 325) of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE SHIPS. Responsibilities You will be responsible for all program and business management decisions on matters within the scope of the programs assigned and will perform duties in any or all phases of the acquisition life cycle. You will direct the preparation, reviews and approval of contract plans, modifications and specification. You will exercise final review and signature authority as delegated by the Program Manager on all technical and management correspondence. You will direct the actions of a multi-disciplinary, integrated federal and contractor teams in support of program planning and execution activities. You will work with Business and Financial SMEs in all phases of Program Planning, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) to identify, secure, apply and maintain resources for program/project requirements.
