Position Overview

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships & Stakeholder Relations, the Program & Partnerships Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support primarily to the Programs and Partnerships teams. The position supports the coordination of administrative processes, documentation, communications, records management, reporting, and operational activities to promote effective service delivery and day‑to‑day operations within these functions. Additional support may be provided across other departments and organizational initiatives as directed and in response to evolving organizational, funding and program requirements.
