Position Summary:
Northeast Career Planning, a division of Unity House of Troy, is seeking an Program Assistant to provide vital clerical and program support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with a variety of people, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in helping operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Welcome visitors and program participants, maintain sign-in sheets, and manage visitor flow.

+ Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

+ Collect and verify client information, including insurance cards during intake.

+ Conduct customer satisfaction and appointment confirmation calls.
