Program Assistant

IE University is seeking a highly skilled and creative Program Assistant to contribute to our cutting‑edge educational initiatives within the IE School of Politics, Economics and General Affairs Masters department.

The Program Assistant is the first point of contact with students and professors on a day‑to‑day basis and will assist the Program Management team by carrying out all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running and delivery of the program.

This role is suitable for someone who is aware of Spanish Accreditation framework policies and requirements, and who can build data management structures for the purpose of obtaining and maintaining texts and tables of content.
