**Description**

SAIC is seeking a highly qualified **Program Control Principal** to support a complex, high-visibility defense acquisition program executed under an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost control, financial management, and performance measurement on Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract vehicles.

+ Develop, maintain, and report on **program budgets** in alignment with FFP contract structure
+ Establish and maintain the **Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB)** and manage all baseline changes through a formal change control process
+ Prepare **invoices** in accordance with milestone payment schedules
+ Track and report **cost, schedule, and performance** metrics on a monthly basis for Government and internal PMRs
+ Develop and maintain the **Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)** including critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment
