Position

Contract, full-time, 35 Hours per Week. Contract ending March 31, 2028. Evening Hours and Weekends may be required. Closing Date: June 5, 2026.

Location

The Program Coordinator will work from the Aurora Office located at 15150 Yonge St, Aurora ON L4G 1M2 on days of on-site work. The incumbent will work out in community/client visits with regular travel in the York Region and South Simcoe communities as required.

Job Profile

The Program Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Manager to coordinate mental health, housing, and financial support services at CMHA. The Coordinator will support the coordination of incoming client referrals, requests for immediate financial support, and coordination with third parties such as private landlords, moving companies, insurance companies, and cleaning services.
