We are seeking a motivated and organised Program Coordinator to support the development and delivery of EPFL Enhanced Learning Programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an academic environment, coordinating activities, and supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Support and mentor scholars throughout their journey, ensuring timely progress and successful completion of program outputs
• Organise and assist in the coordination of the program application and selection processes
• Plan and support engaging program events, overseeing logistics and ensuring seamless execution
• Organise and support student workshops, contributing to a dynamic and interactive learning environment
