Part‑time, volunteer (unpaid) position for female students aged 20‑29 based in Gauteng. The role supports the Lead(her)ship Program, delivering peer‑to‑peer leadership training across Southern Africa.

Responsibilities

• Clarify the value proposition and ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives, mission, and values.
• Run or spearhead independent projects within the program.
• Utilize videoconference platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and receive refresher training.
• Be available on Saturday mornings for four months (Q1 & Q2).
• Write reports and communicate findings.
• Schedule and automate communications, including email marketing.
