Discover the Role

In this role, you will lead complex, cross‑functional global implementation programs across Accounting & Tax, Entity Management, and Employer Services, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll manage diverse stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third‑party partners, while driving risk mitigation, governance, commercial control, and continuous improvement throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will oversee project resources, guide issue resolution, and ensure milestones, deliverables, and financials are tightly managed. Beyond execution, you’ll shape best practices, support global onboarding initiatives, and lead a geographically dispersed team through strong people management, coaching, and collaboration. This is a senior, strategic role that requires an experienced project leader who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex international engagements.
