Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead large-scale BSS transformation programs for a telecom client. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of complex multi-year initiatives involving system modernization, digital transformation, and operational efficiency improvements across the telecom BSS landscape.
Responsibilities - Combines deep telecom domain expertise with strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance capabilities.
- Own and lead end-to-end BSS transformation programs (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Product Catalog).
- Deliver programs within scope, budget, timeline, and quality targets.
- Establish and drive program governance, PMO structures, and reporting frameworks.
- Manage multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery teams.
