Program & Delivery Leadership

Own end-to-end delivery of the QCC & E2E Testing Program across multiple workstreams, applications, and releases.

Define and govern the overall QCC and E2E test strategy, operating model, and roadmap aligned to business and regulatory objectives.

Drive release readiness, go-live sign-offs, and production risk assessments for major enterprise releases.

Provide executive-level reporting on quality metrics, risks, dependencies, and remediation plans.

Ensure testing adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
