Overview


Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Program Director is responsible for tasks related to the overall operations of the StepStone Program as well as ensures compliance of accreditation guidelines. This position is responsible for the supervision of trainers, administrative staff, and administrative supervision of case managers.


Responsibilities


+ Performs as a clinical representative of the agency.

+ Reviews and processes all referrals for possible admissions within the agency.

+ Follows up on all referrals received and collaborate with foster parent recruiters/trainers to identify appropriate home for placement.

+ Requests and secures all documentation received to complete placement/admission of a child/youth with the agency needed at intake.
