Role overview

The Program Lead - Economic & Social Resilience for Adolescent Girls will lead the implementation and scale-up of programs focused on strengthening the socio-economic empowerment and resilience of adolescent girls.

The role will drive interventions across life skills, skilling, entrepreneurship, health, nutrition, and socio-economic behavior change to enable adolescent girls to become confident, resilient, and economically empowered individuals. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams, implementation partners, communities, government stakeholders, and external experts to build sustainable and high-impact programs within the Women Empowerment portfolio. ...
