Program Lead will spearhead the statewide implementation of Rocket
Learnings Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) program in
partnership with ICDS, SCERT, and the Department of Education,
Punjab. The role involves leading end-to-end program rollout,
managing government relationships, overseeing field teams, and
ensuring data-driven execution across districts. Key
Responsibilities: Lead statewide planning, rollout, and performance
management of ECCE initiatives Build and manage strong
relationships with state and district government stakeholders
Recruit, train, and supervise regional academic experts and field
