Position Overview

  • Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) including kick-offs, stand-ups, retrospectives, and 1:1s.
  • Manage project intake ensuring alignment with marketing goals and business priorities.
  • Build and manage timelines, milestones, risks, and resource plans using defined metrics.
  • Allocate resources effectively, optimizing team bandwidth and productivity.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance workflows, delivery efficiency, and operations.
  • Prioritize workstreams, adapt to shifting demands, and maintain delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership for seamless execution and communication.
  • Track progress via PM tools (Smartsheet – plus), and provide regular status reporting.
  • Proactively resolve project blockers and escalate risks when required.
