**What you’ll do:**

The Bangalore Site Program Manager will be responsible for leading Integrated Project Teams to successfully execute projects according to the Eaton PROLaunch Process through effective guidance, product development, customer satisfaction, efficient resource allocation and reliable reporting to leadership. This includes Transitions Projects (STP), New Product Introductions (NPI) and/or critical business projects and their budget allocations.

-Manages the Profit and Loss of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Standard Transition Projects (STP). Responsibility, Authority and Accountability for every project scope delivery and successful execution within, technical, schedule, budget, cost, and quality commitments.
