Key Responsibilities - Own and manage budgets across multiple benefits programs and markets
- Track and forecast spend against budget, ensuring targets are met and overruns avoided
- Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities across vendors and program design
- Evaluate partner proposals commercially to ensure ROI and long-term value
- Partner with Finance on budget planning, reallocation, and reporting cycles
