Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager – Partnerships & Growth to manage and grow strategic relationships with NBFCs and fintech partners. This is a high-impact role involving partner lifecycle management, revenue growth, strategic expansion, and P&L; ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership & Relationship Management
Own and manage a portfolio of NBFC and fintech partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Revenue Growth & P&L; Ownership
Drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned partner accounts
Own and manage P&L; for the partner portfolio
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across lending, payments, and compliance products
