Program Manager – Refuge Services

Birmingham | 35 hours per week | £37,275 per annum

Our Client is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our refuge services, supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse to rebuild their lives in a safe, trauma-informed environment.

This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll manage refuge operations, inspire and develop a dedicated team, build strong partnerships and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services.

We're looking for someone with:

* Proven experience managing and leading teams

* Project or service management experience

* Experience working with vulnerable people or those with complex needs

* Excellent communication, organisational and report-writing skills

* A relevant Level 4 qualification (or above) in Management or a related subject
